Nike master instructor and consultant. 4x Lululemon ambassador. Studio owner and teacher trainer. I was living the wellness dream until I realized the dream was actually a beautifully decorated self made prison of identity I desperately desired to break free and evolve from.
After injury, both physically and spiritually from watching and finally understanding the practice I loved so dearly had changed and become little more than a capitalist enterprise—one that protects predators, burns out teachers, and promises transformation while punishing anyone who actually transforms—I walked away.
Not from the practice. From the industry.
Now I help people distinguish between timeless internal wisdom and toxic systems. Between authentic spirituality and spiritual bypassing. Between healing and capitalism disguised as wellness.
